Even in the creative workshops near Bordeaux, the design and transformation teams have technical know-how confirmed by many years of expertise. The production workshops are properly equipped with professional printing systems and state-of-the-art embroidery machines.
In search of impeccable quality, TUNETOO wants all marking processes to be fully inscribed in an internally controlled process, not committing the presence of any subcontractors when placing orders. In this way, TUNETOO undertakes to ensure a thorough control over each piece made in an extremely short time within its workshops.
Depending on the nature of the products (size and shape) and their composition (material), their customization requires a suitable method, in order to have an optimal customization result. At TUNETOO, the marking is done in an authentic way, through five recognized customization processes that require special engineering :

◉ embroidery
◉ sublimation
◉ flocking and flexography
◉ screen printing.
It is through these different marking techniques that TUNETOO excels in its craft, and can bring the best quality of customization possible.

THE COLLECTION
T-shirts, sweatshirts, polo shirts, joggings, accessories ... are all comfortable to wear, soft to the touch and comfortable. You will have the choice between many colors, from traditional white to trendy seasonal tones, through vintage effect creations or mottled colors. And that thanks to different dyeing techniques that respect the environment.
Each collection is sublimated by its perfectly mastered finishes and its contemporary cuts. For men, women and children, each item of clothing is made to last over time.
The cuts are constantly evolving to meet the new trends of each season, without ever betraying the DNA of Stanley / Stella: simplicity, modernity, softness, durability and quality.
THE ORIGIN, THE CHOICE OF CONTENTS. …
Materials carefully selected. The garments are only made from natural fibers from sustainable plantations, offering unequaled softness to the pieces. Organic cotton is not an option, it is a must. Likewise for flax, Tencel®, a product based on eucalyptus or even Modal®, made from beech. And if polyester is used, it is recycled polyester, in a logic of circular economy.

Semaj has chosen to approach SPREADSHIRT, a German company based in the region of Leipzig in Germany, recognized worldwide for its reliability and its quality products. The production sites are located for Europe :

◉ in the Czech Republic (Krupka).
Two production sites are also existing in the United States, in Greensburg and Henderson.
