THE CATHEDRALE
A masterpiece of medieval architecture, mixing the Romanesque style with the Gothic style. Its spire rises to 143 meters.
It houses the pulpit of the great preacher, the astronomical clock, the Pillar of the Angels, the great organs, as well as the multiple stained glass windows, including the large façade rose window.
It welcomes many worshipers during services, but it is also open to concerts and other cultural events.

THE PRINTEMPS
This historic department store in Strasbourg city center opened in 1906 and has survived the ages.
Located on the Place de l’Homme de Fer, this emblematic building, with its glass roofs and champagne-colored metal cladding (architect Christian BIECHER), is easily recognizable.

THE CONSERVATOIRE
The building hosts the City of Dance and Music and was designed by the architect Henri GAUDIN. Its architecture was largely inspired by the spire of the cathedral and the proximity to water. The materials and colors have been carefully chosen: the Vosges sandstone facade and the copper roof echo the colors of the cathedral.

These paintings are artistic representations of emblematic elements of cities; buildings, architectural structures and living spaces. I am inspired by the places where people meet, meet and experience emotions.
I am passionate about old towns and buildings with their amazing architecture. These paintings try to capture the essence of these emblematic places by highlighting their representation reinterpreted in my artistic language, such as arches, columns, windows and balconies. I also paint modern structures, to show the beauty in simplicity and complexity.
Living spaces are also an important subject for me. I like to paint places where people gather, such as parks, squares and cafes. I capture life in these places by painting the people who inhabit them, walk around and chat. My paintings show the vitality of these places and how they can be a way to connect people.
Finally, I particularly like to paint places that have a personal meaning for me. These can be places where I grew up, places where I spent time with friends and family, or places I visited on my travels. I paint these places with particular attention to capture the atmosphere and the memories associated with them.
In summary, my paintings are artistic representations of the places that I appreciate. They show the beauty and meaning of these places through colors, shapes and textures.
